Return Policy

Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to raise your return. 

NUXE may accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging, and purchased from us at us.nuxe.com

Please contact our Customer Service team and they will provide you with a return label, which you will be required to print and affix to the package.

All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Customer Service.  Please find our contact form and select “my order” entry, here.

Please follow the steps below to make a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request your return. You have 14 days to return your item(s) to us.
  2. Prepare your return: put the products in a package (you can use the original box). Print and put the return label on the outside of your package.
  3. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested. For the return to be accepted, the product(s) must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unopened and unused. All gifts must be returned.
  4. Post your return.
  5. We will notify you via email when we have processed your return.

Please note refunds may take 1 to 2 weeks to show in your account.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any product that has been opened or used.
