Delivery

Please find below the delivery terms and conditions for orders placed on our us.nuxe website.

Standard home delivery offered for orders over $80.

Orders are shipped via DHL, depending on the destination. Deliveries are made only on business days (excluding weekends and local public holidays).  

 

Indicative delivery time :

 

• 3 to 6 business days 

Please note: Delivery times include order preparation. They are given as an indication and may vary depending on periods of high activity (Christmas, Sales, Black Friday…), weather conditions (hurricane, snow, ice, tornado …) or customs checks. 

Delivery Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You will also be informed by email or SMS of the delivery stages. 

Delivery Fees 

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the country of destination. 

• America: Shipping fees are 10$. Delivery is free for any order over 80$. 

All prices displayed include mandatory fees known at the time of order. 

Responsibility and transfer of risk 

In accordance with current regulations: 

• The seller is responsible for the proper execution of the delivery, even when it is entrusted to a third-party carrier. 
• The transfer of risks (loss or deterioration) occurs only when the consumer physically takes possession of the products. 

Delays and Non-Delivery 

In case of delivery delay exceeding 30 days, the consumer may terminate the contract and obtain a full refund within 14 days. 

Right of Withdrawal  

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or pay any penalty. The return conditions are specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
