How can I receive Free Delivery?

We offer Free Delivery on any $50 order.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

You should receive a confirmation by email within 24 Hrs. If you have not received it, feel free to contact us at customerservice@nuxe-us.com.
Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with us online before.

How can I find my order number?

Your order number should be on your order confirmation email. You can also see it in your Nuxe & Me account.

How can I pay my order?

We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard and Amex.

Who can I reach if my order arrived damaged?

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us ASAP at customerservice@nuxe-us.com. We can only cancel an Order prior to processing. If order is already being processed by the warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
