  • How to shop online?

    • STEP 1 - Find your products. Use our site navigation, search engine, product finder, or Beauty Diagnosis. Click on  - any product or “find out more” to get to a specific product detail page.
    • STEP 2 - Add the product to your shopping bag. Select your desired shade, size and quantity and then click the "Add to Bag" button. A window will appear confirming that the product has been added to your bag. You can then continue shopping and browsing the site. To view the contents of your shopping bag, click on "View my shopping bag." 
    • STEP 3 - Place your order. When you've completed shopping, click the shopping bag icon found on each page or click the Checkout button that will be displayed each time you add an item to your cart along with the details for that item. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process.

    After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed, confirming your order. An email confirming receipt of your order will also be sent shortly after your order was submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact our customer service center for assistance via email at customerservice@nuxe-us.com

    If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you wish to inquire about a previously placed order, please by email at customerservice@nuxe-us.com.  For fastest service, please insert your order number in your email subject.

  • Payment: Is my payment secured?

    The payment process is 100% secured.
    The transaction will happen directly between you and the bank. We do not keep any bank details on our servers, the confidentiality of your banking information are guaranteed.

    We understand how important security is to you. When you place an order at us.nuxe.com, we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. We employ government approved encryption software.     In order for encryption to take place, your browser must have the SSL protocol. The browsers that have this software are the following:

  • Items availability

    Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
    If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us at customerservice@nuxe-us.com  and we will be happy to assist you.

    Pre-sell Items
    Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available. We will notify you of the status of your Pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.

    Please note: The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method you select.

  • How to use promotion/offer codes?

    To redeem offer codes, simply enter your offer code in the text box marked “Privilege Code” on the Billing page during the Checkout process. When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed on the “Order Review” page.

    Please Note: Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order.

  • Gift Box

    We will be happy to pack your gift in a beautiful gift box and include a note card with your personal greeting.

    If you wish to have your NUXE Online Order packaged in a Gift Box, simply click on the "Gift Box" option during "Checkout". If you wish to include your personal greeting, please enter it in the text box provided. A fee of $5.00 flat fee will be added to your order total. For any order above $75.00, the Gift Box will be offered.

    Please note: Multiple items within a single gift order will be presented as one gift package.

  • How to find the perfect Gift?

    Visit our Gift Tab in the Menu and choose among our Gift Selection or use our Gift Guide to help you in your choice.

    At checkout, add a Gift Box and a personalized note to the person you will be giving this gift to.
